OS X Lion Server network error

I installed a clean copy of OS X Lion on the second HD of my Mac Pro 1,1 and also installed the Server App for Lion. I tried to configure the Server but it goes for about 10 mins, and then says "Can't download Server Essentials because of a network problem.".

These are the things I have tried:
-Removing com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist from /Library/Preferences

-Making a new network location

-Turning Wi-Fi on and off

-Restarting Mac

-Disabling Auto Proxy in System Preferences

Any ideas?

OS X 10.7.2 on this 250GB HD

Cheers,
Adam
